Small-scale uniform thickness underground continuous wall method "Mini Wall Method"

[NETIS Registration] Compatible with narrow sites! A construction method that allows for a maximum depth of 20m using compact machinery!

This construction method involves mixing and agitating cement slurry discharged from the bottom of the post and the ground using a chainsaw-type cutter mounted on a cutter post, creating a soil-cement underground continuous wall with high water-stopping properties and uniform strength in the vertical direction. Since a wall of uniform thickness can be created, it is possible to install core materials at arbitrary intervals, allowing for greater flexibility in soil retention design and the construction of economical soil-retaining water-stopping continuous walls. Additionally, this method can also be applied as a permanent soil retaining wall construction method using concrete sheet piles, and the number of construction achievements is increasing nationwide. 【Features】 ■ Capable of creating a homogeneous wall with minimal strength variation in the depth direction ■ Capable of creating a highly water-stopping wall with no discrepancies throughout ■ Excellent cutting ability, adaptable to a wide range of ground conditions ■ Excavation thickness can be adjusted by changing the cutter bits (250–800mm at 50mm intervals) ■ Construction possible in narrow spaces ■ Construction possible close to structures and at property boundaries ■ The use of a suspended leader allows for step construction (5–6m) For more details, please feel free to contact us.

[Construction Case Study] Construction Results of Mini Wall Method

[NETIS Registration] Introducing the main construction achievements of the mini-wall method!

This construction method involves mixing and stirring cement slurry discharged from the base ground and the bottom end of the post in a vertical direction using a chainsaw-type cutter mounted on a cutter post, creating a soil-cement underground continuous wall with high water-stopping ability and uniform strength in the vertical direction. Since a wall of uniform thickness can be created, it is possible to install core materials at arbitrary intervals, allowing for greater flexibility in soil retention design and the creation of economical soil-retaining water-stopping continuous walls. Additionally, this method can also be applied as a permanent soil retaining wall construction method using concrete sheet piles, and the number of construction achievements is increasing nationwide. 【Features】 ■ Capable of creating a homogeneous wall with minimal strength variation in the depth direction ■ Capable of creating a highly water-stopping wall with no discrepancies throughout ■ Excellent cutting ability, adaptable to a wide range of ground conditions ■ Excavation thickness can be adjusted by changing the cutter bits (250–800mm) ■ Construction possible in narrow spaces ■ Construction possible close to structures and at property boundaries For more details, please feel free to contact us.

DIA-WIN Method for Diaphragm Wall Construction

Nishimatsu's underground continuous wall method that functions for buildings on weak ground.

The "DIA-WIN Method" is a total system from design to construction, incorporating functions such as seismic walls, composite walls (continuous walls + post-installed walls), two-way slab lateral pressure walls, and wall piles, applicable to a wide range of uses from temporary to permanent structures, including deep and thick walls of up to 150 meters. It is a Nishimatsu-style continuous wall method. The joints between the walls have a simple shape, making them easy to clean and providing excellent concrete fillability. Additionally, the use of H-shaped steel materials enhances water-tightness. 【Features】 ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness ■ Applicable to any type of ground ■ Constructs high-quality wall bodies ■ Simple and water-tight joint shape *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

SMW Soil Continuous Wall Method

By using different mixing devices that match the soil conditions, a uniform and high-quality continuous wall can be constructed.

This technology involves using a multi-axis earth auger equipped on a three-point pile driver to drill into the original ground while mixing and stirring with a cement-based slurry to create a continuous wall and insert stress materials with appropriate strength. By utilizing mixing devices that are suitable for the soil conditions, it is possible to create a uniform and high-quality continuous wall. Additionally, it can be used for various applications such as retaining walls, water-stopping walls, underground collapse prevention walls, various ground improvements, and pre-drilling for sheet pile driving in hard ground, making it versatile across a wide range of uses. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed if there is more than 400mm between adjacent structures and the soil core ■ By changing the drilling and mixing device, it is possible to increase the pile diameter ■ Usable across a wide range of applications *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

TRD method: uniform thickness soil-mixed ground continuous wall method

TRD method

This construction method connects a chainsaw-type cutter inserted into the ground to a base machine, allowing it to move laterally to excavate a trench, inject a solidifying liquid, and mix and stir with the in-situ soil, thereby creating a continuous soil-cement wall underground.
